Members may request assistance with eligible professional or industry disputes. CHAAG may facilitate dialogue, mediation or referral under its approved dispute-resolution procedures.
CHAAG support does not replace the authority of the Ghana Revenue Authority, the courts or other statutory regulators.

Information about approved welfare programmes and how eligible members can request assistance through the Welfare Committee.

All reports are handled with confidentiality and fair hearing in accordance with CHAAG governance and due process.

What Happens Next
- The Secretariat receives and records the request.
- Membership status and submitted information are verified.
- The matter is assigned to the appropriate officer or committee.
- The member receives guidance, a referral or a request for additional information.
Response times will be communicated once the internal service standard is approved.
