Errors or discrepancies can delay processing, affect duty assessment and create compliance concerns after clearance. Agents should retain relevant records and verify new operational instructions through official GRA or ICUMS channels.
CHAAG will use its Customs Updates platform to communicate verified ICUMS notices affecting members. Reports of interruptions should be confirmed before being presented as official system outages.
